Monday, July 6th-Friday July 10th, 8:30 am-3:30 pm | Please fill out the following registration form to register your child for day camp, July 6th-10th at All Saints Lutheran Church, 751 Dunlawton Ave, Port Orange FL. This camp is for children who have completed grades K-5th. Registration increases to $150 starting June 1st. After you register, you will receive two forms that need to be filled out for the first day of camp. You can also complete them and email them to office@aslcpo.org.
